If you select to include a column from the
Additional Detail Column
area of
the Criteria tab, the Results tab displays the additional data within the detailed results.
Graphical Display
A graphical representation of the drill-down displays at the top of the screen as you drill down through the levels. Each level above the current level displays as a hyperlink in the graphical display. Select any of these links to display the information at that level.
Table Window
The charge information that displays in this Results tab table depends on the criteria you selected in the Criteria tab and the charge selected from the Charge Summary Results tab. The records are listed in timesheet cell date order.
Because of the dynamic nature of timesheet data, the hours displayed in this screen may not reflect the true number of hours for the charges. The employee may have updated his hours after you selected the Execute button on the Criteria tab or after you selected a drill-down.

Employee

If you did not select "Employee" as one of the levels in the Drill-Down Options group box in the Criteria tab,
Employee will be the first column in the table. The non-editable column will display the employees that have charged hours to the selected charge.

Date
|
This non-editable column displays the date to which the hours were charged. If you selected "Employee" as one of the levels in the Drill-Down Options group box, the
Date column will be the first column in the table.

Additional Column 1
|
If you select an option from the
Column 1 field in the Criteria tab, this non-editable column will display the selected UDT information for the charge.
If this UDT is a UDT02, UDT01, or UDT09 and you have abbreviations turned on for UDT02, UDT01, and UDT09, the abbreviation ID will display.

Additional Column 2
|
If you select an option from the
Column 2 field in the Criteria tab, this non-editable column will display the selected UDT information for the charge.
If this UDT is a UDT02, UDT01, or UDT09 and you have abbreviations turned on for UDT02, UDT01, and UDT09, the abbreviation ID will display.

Hours
|
This non-editable column displays the sum of prorated hours, prorated overtime hours, and cost-only hours for the charge for the timesheet cell date specified in the first or second column.
Hours that include cost-only hours are marked with an "*".

Comment Indicator
|
Select the comment indicator to the left of a row to view the non-editable cell comments for that date. After you review the comments, select the Close button on the Cell Comments dialog to return to screen.
The comment indicator appears only on rows that have a cell comment.

Regular Hours
|
This non-editable field displays the total prorated hours for the charge, excluding cost-only hours.
|
Overtime Hours
|
This non-editable field displays the total prorated overtime hours for the charge, excluding cost-only hours.

Preview/Print
|
Select the Preview/Print button to preview the Charge Activity report. A Print Charge Activity Report dialog will display. The Preview/Print button is available on the summary level, all drill-down levels, and this detail level screen. See the documentation for the Print Charge Activity Report dialog for more details.
