Charge Activity Results - Summary Level Tab of the Charge Activity Screen

The Results tab displays the charge activity results in a succession of drill-downs based on the criteria selected. If you select no Drill Down options in the Criteria tab, the Charge Summary results display with the option of drilling to the charge details.

Graphical Display

A graphical representation of the drill-down will display at the top of the screen as you drill down through the levels. Each level above the current level will display as a hyperlink in the graphical display. Select any of these links to display the information at that level.

Table Window

The charges that display in the Results tab table depend on the criteria you selected in the Criteria tab. The charges are listed in alphabetical order by charge ID.

Because of the dynamic nature of timesheet data, the hours displayed in this screen may not reflect the true number of hours for the charges. The employee may have updated his hours after you clicked the Execute button on the Criteria tab or after you selected a drill-down.

Field Description
UDT01 or UDT02

This non-editable column displays the selected charge IDs or the selected charge abbreviations IDs if your system is so configured.

Description

This non-editable column displays the line description for the charge. This column displays only 30 characters. If the description is larger than 30 characters, hover your mouse over this field to see the whole description.

Regular Hours

This non-editable column displays the sum of prorated hours for the charge for the date range selected on the Criteria tab.  

Cost-only hours are not included in this column.

Overtime Hours

This non-editable column displays the sum of prorated overtime hours for the charge for the date range selected on the Criteria tab.

Cost-only hours are not included in this column.

Date/Time Created

Date/Time Created only appears if you check Interim Charges Only on the Criteria tab.

The date and time that the interim charge was created.

Created By

Created By only appears if you check Interim Charges Only on the Criteria tab.

The name and ID of the employee who created the interim charge.

+ Button

Select the "+" button to the left of a row to drill down into the information for that charge. If you selected a Level in the Criteria tab, the information for that level will display. If you did not select a Level 1, the detail information for the charge will display.

Total Regular Hours

This non-editable field displays the total prorated hours for the charges in the table, excluding cost-only hours.

Total Overtime Hours

This non-editable field displays the total prorated overtime hours for the charges in the table, excluding cost-only hours.

Preview/Print

Click the Preview/Print button to preview the Charge Activity report. A Print Charge Activity Report dialog will display. The Preview/Print button is available on all drill-down levels and on the detail level.  See Print Charge Activity Report dialog for more details.
