Use the Spouse AD & D screen to set up Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for your spouse.

This field displays the name of your spouse's current AD & D plan.

| Current Coverage Amount
|
This field displays the current benefit coverage amount.

| Current <Frequency>
|
This field displays your current deduction amount per pay period for the plan (for example, the premium per month if you are paid monthly).
If this field contains a negative (cash back) amount, you will see the message "Negative numbers displayed indicate a "Cash Back" option."

| New Plan
|
Use the drop-down list to select a new plan option.
The
New Coverage Amount,
New <Frequency>, and
New Plan Information values are based on the
New Plan selection. If you change the
New Plan selection, the
New column values will be refreshed.
