The Offline Records tab on the Offline Data Records form displays the actual offline data file content. This is the unprocessed, raw data from the terminal. In the event that you have an offline data record with an error, you can modify the offline data file content and re-process the record.

Click Main Menu > Administration > Terminal > Offline Data Records.
Select the record you want to view.
Click the Offline Records tab on the lower half of the form. The raw data appears in the Offline Records box.
Click Main Menu > Administration > Terminal > Offline Data Records.
Select the record you want to adjust.
Make the necessary adjustments in the Offline Records section at the bottom of the form.
Click Save.
The modified record will have a Record Status of Adjusted. A Ready record with the same Queue ID will be created that has the modified data.
