Enable Notifications When Batch Job Completes

You can choose to send notifications when a batch job is completed.

To enable notifications for batch jobs:

1. Go to the Manage Users screen (Admin> Security >System Security > Manage Users).

2. Click Query and enter the User ID of the person who runs the Costpoint report, computation or posting process.

3. On the Form view, click the Information tab and select the Notify When Batch Job is Completed check box.

4. Click Save.
