Workflow Tab

Use the Workflow tab to enter or update workflow email permissions.

A workflow 'activity' is a notification that informs the recipient to complete a specific task in a workflow process, and a 'message' is a notification that informs the recipient that a specific task in a workflow process is complete. If you select the Send Workflow Activity checkbox, the user can receive an activity by e-mail. If you select the Send Workflow Messages checkbox, the user can receive a message by e-mail.

Workflow Email

Use this group box to enter workflow email permissions.

Field	Description
Send Workflow Activity	Select this checkbox to allow this user to receive workflow activity notifications through email.
Send Workflow Messages	Select this checkbox to allow this user to receive workflow message notifications through email.
