Costpoint Help

Upload a company logo that displays clearly in Costpoint documents, such as reports and purchase orders.

Logo Image Requirements

Requirement Recommended Value
File format For best results, use a logo file in JPG format.
Aspect ratio For best results, use a logo with a 1:0.48 aspect ratio. For example, the logo could be 2.172 inches wide by 0.843 inches high.
Upload limit The logo file does not have a fixed size limit. The File Upload Limit (Configure System Settings) must be greater than the logo file size.
Note: The image file size and aspect ratio are separate requirements. File size determines whether the file can be uploaded. Aspect ratio determines whether the logo displays clearly.
