Smart Folders

Smart Folders are pre-configured searches that enable you to access items in ConceptShare based on preset search criteria. They display in the Navigation Panel. Your access to these settings is dependent on your version of ConceptShare.

Important: Smart Folders are available only in the Enterprise Edition of ConceptShare.

The preceding samples are Smart Folders that contain:

• Reviews with Completed status
• Digital assets
• Projects that the user owns
• Projects with In Progress status

Smart Folders can be visible to all users in the account or just to the creator and any users or teams that they invite to share the folders.
