Select Assets to Compare

Use the Compare Tool to compare a version of an asset with another version, or with a related asset within a review or a project.

To select assets to compare:

  1. Navigate to the asset.

    From the Proofing Workspace
    1. Launch the asset into the Proofing Workspace.
    2. At the bottom left of the screen, click Compare to launch the compare review.
    3. At the bottom right of the screen, select an asset type from the drop-down list.
      • Select Related Assets to compare the current asset with another asset in the project.
      • Select Versions to compare the current asset with a previous version of the asset.
      • Select In This Review to compare the current asset with another asset in the review (if a multi-asset review).
      ConceptShare displays the asset beside the first asset.
    From the Review Versions list
    1. Launch a review into the Proofing Workspace.
    2. Click the Responses section, and click Past Versions. ConceptShare displays a list of the previous versions of the asset.
    3. Click Compare beside the version that you want to compare with the current asset.
    From the Assets tab
    1. In the Navigation Panel, click Projects, and click the project that contains the asset that you want to compare with another asset.
    2. On the Projects screen, click the Assets tab. ConceptShare displays the list of assets.
      Note: To display assets in list view, click List View .
    3. Select the check boxes to the left of the assets that you want to compare.
    4. Click Menu , and select Compare. ConceptShare launches the Compare Lab in the Proofing Workspace.
