Remove Project Resources

Remove a resource whose participation you no longer need from a project.

You must be a Project administrator. If you are using a custom Project role, it must have the following permissions(s) set to Yes:

• View Project Resources
• Add, edit or delete Project Resources

To remove a resource from a project:

1. Log into your account.
2. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
3. On the Projects dashboard, click a project whose resources you want to view.
4. On the Project screen, click the Resources tab.
5. On the Resources screen, click the chevron on the Resource card, and select Remove from Project.
6. When prompted for confirmation, click Yes.

Once removed, a resource can no longer participate and receive email updates about the project. You cannot remove a project owner from a project unless you assign a new project owner first.
