Version a Review in Jira

You can version an asset within a ConceptShare review in Jira. ConceptShare notifies the reviewers that updated versions have been uploaded to the review and require their responses.

Note: Perform this task in Jira.

To version a review in Jira:

1. Log into your Jira account.
2. Navigate to Project > Issue > ConceptShare Review Task or Subtask associated with the review that you want to edit.
3. In the ConceptShare Review Task or Subtask card, click Configure.
   The Review Builder opens.

4. To version an asset, drag the latest version of the asset onto the thumbnail of the old version.
   Alternatively, click the asset thumbnail, and click Version Asset to browse the file with which you want to version.
5. To delete an asset, click the asset thumbnail, and click Remove .
   Note: Deleting an asset deletes all previous versions of that asset, feedback, and responses.
6. Click Save Changes.
