How Do I Submit a Case?

You can report issues through the Deltek Support Center.

Before you can submit a request through the portal, you must already have your Deltek credentials.

To submit a case:

  1. Log into https://deltek.custhelp.com/app/ask.
  2. On the Submit Case page, specify the following information:
    FieldDescription
    Select Product Select ConceptShare.
    Environment Select from Production, Test, or Development.
    Severity Level Select from the following levels:
    • S4 - General
    • S3 - Elevated
    • S2 - Critical
    • S1 - Mission Critical
    Issue Type Select whether Technical or Application.
    Summary Enter a summary of the issue.
    Detail
    • The URL in question

      Example: mydomain.conceptshare.com/#/projects/12

    • The browser you are using

      Example: Internet Explorer 10, Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari

    • Your Role in ConceptShare

      Example: Project Manager, Reviewer, Administrator

    • A screenshot of the error, if applicable
    • A summary of the issue

  3. Click Choose File, and browse the file from your machine.
  4. In the CC field, enter the email address of one or more individuals whom you want to receive email notifications.
  5. Click Continue.
