Create a Project Email Digest
By using email digests, you can aggregate the asset or comment notifications within your project and send them to participants by email on a timed basis. Email digests help cut down the number of emails sent to participants on your project.
To create a project email digest:
- Log into your account.
- In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
- On the Projects dashboard, click a project.
- On the Project screen, click .

In the Add a New Email Digest dialog box, specify this information:
Option Description Digest Type Select the type of digest from the following options: - Assets: Select this option if you want to create a digest for assets.
- Comments: Select this option if you want to create a digest for comments.
Enabled Select to enable the digest feature. Run Type Select a run type from the following options: - Daily: Select a specific time of day to run the digest.
- Timed: Select the length of time in minutes of inactivity or continuous activity, and set the length in minutes for each activity.
- Click Save.
