Create a Project Email Digest

By using email digests, you can aggregate the asset or comment notifications within your project and send them to participants by email on a timed basis. Email digests help cut down the number of emails sent to participants on your project.

To create a project email digest:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. In the Navigation panel, click Projects.
  3. On the Projects dashboard, click a project.
  4. On the Project screen, click Settings > Email Notifications > Add a New Email Digest.
  5. In the Add a New Email Digest dialog box, specify this information:

    Digest Type Select the type of digest from the following options:
    • Assets: Select this option if you want to create a digest for assets.
    • Comments: Select this option if you want to create a digest for comments.
    Enabled Select to enable the digest feature.
    Run Type Select a run type from the following options:
    • Daily: Select a specific time of day to run the digest.
    • Timed: Select the length of time in minutes of inactivity or continuous activity, and set the length in minutes for each activity.
  6. Click Save.
