Create a ConceptShare Subtask and Review

This procedure describes how to create a ConceptShare Subtask, which you can associate with one or more ConceptShare Reviews.

Note: Perform this task in Jira.

Note: Your Jira setup may have other required or mandatory fields. Due to the customized nature of those fields, and because they are not required by the ConceptShare integration, they will not be part of this procedure.

Before you can create a ConceptShare Subtask and Review, you must add the ConceptShare Review Issue and Subtask Types to the Projects in Jira for which you want to use them. For more information, see Add the ConceptShare Issue and Subtask Type.

To create a ConceptShare Subtask and Review:

1. Log into your Jira account.
2. Open a project, and then open a ConceptShare Issue.
3. Under the Issue name, click Create subtask.
4. In the field, specify a subtask name, and then click Create.
5. Open the newly created subtask.
6. Under the subtask name, click , and then select ConceptShare Review.
7. In the ConceptShare Review section of the subtask card, click Configure.
8. In the Review Builder, specify the Review details. For information about the fields and options, see Review Builder
   Note: The subtask name will be the Review name.
