Add User Dialog Box
Use the information in this dialog box to customize a Resource in ConceptShare.

Field | Description |
---|---|
First Name | Enter the user's first name. |
Last Name | Enter the user's last name. |
Username (Email Address) | Enter the user's valid email address. This is the email address that the user uses to log into the application. |
Default Project Role | Select a Project role for the user. This controls what the user can see and do within a Project. This role will be used as the default role for all Projects in which the user will participate.

Account Role | Select an account role for the user. This controls the permissions that relate to what a user can do in the ConceptShare account as a whole.

Time zone | Select a time zone that the user's account will use. ConceptShare uses the time zone to calculate due dates and times appropriately. |
Language | Select a language that the user's account will use.

Is User Active | Select this option to activate a user account. If this is not selected, the user will not be able to log into the account.
Note: If this option is not selected for new users, they will not receive an email invitation to the application. You have the option to set up users in advance, and then activate them at a later time. For instructions, see
