Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Edit Apportionment Targets

Use the Edit Apportionment Target dialog box to modify apportionment target settings.

You can also edit apportionment targets within the grids of the Apportionment Target pane by clicking the appropriate rows and columns.

To edit an apportionment target, complete the following steps:

  1. Launch the Apportionment Mapping utility by completing one of the following actions:

    • In the Process group on the Processes tab, click Apportionment > Mapping.

    • In the Cobra Explorer, select the Projects group bar, right-click the Projects pane, and click Apportionment > Mapping on the shortcut menu.

  2. On the Apportionment dialog box, click in the Project field.
  3. On the Project lookup dialog box, select a project, and click Select and OK.
    The Apportionment Mapping dialog box displays.
  4. Select a row on the Apportionment Target pane and click Edit.
    The Edit Apportionment Target dialog box displays.
  5. Perform the necessary changes on the Edit Apportionment Target dialog box and click OK.
    Note: A target resource must not be set up more than once in the same control account-work package combination.
