Change the Generic Assignments Date Range

Use the Range options to specify the range of dates you want to include in the Upcoming Generic Assignments list. The date range begins on the job-to-date (JTD) date and extends into the future the number of weeks or months you specify.

The Upcoming Generic Assignments list displays generic resource assignments with ETC hours within the date range. The RANGE HOURS column in the list displays, for each generic resource, the number of ETC hours that are scheduled during the range you specify.

To change the date range for the Upcoming Generic Assignments list, complete the following steps:

1. In the Resource Planning workspace, click to go to the Dashboard.
2. Click next to Range and select the number of future weeks or months for which you want to view upcoming assignments for generic resources.
