Display WBS Numbers in the View Grids
In both Resource View and Project View, you can display numbers for work breakdown structure (WBS) elements along with the element names. By default, the numbers do not display.
To display WBS numbers in Resource View or Project View, complete the following steps:

In the Resource Planning workspace, click
to go to Resource View or click
to go to Project View.

Click
next to the upper-right corner of the grid.
- In the Column Settings & Selections dialog box, select Show WBS Numbers.
- Click Apply.
