Edit Marketing Coordinator Dialog Box

Use the Edit Marketing Coordinator dialog box to select the employee who is the marketing coordinator for an opportunity.

Location

To display the Edit Marketing Coordinator dialog box, complete the following steps:

  1. In the Business Development workspace, click to go to the Opportunities area.
  2. Select the opportunity for which you want to assign a marketing coordinator.
  3. On the Overview tab, hover over Marketing Coordinator and click .

Field Description
NAME Select the employee who is the marketing coordinator for the opportunity.

Type one or more characters from the employee name to select from a list of employees whose names contain those characters. Click to select from the full list of employees. (You can also search for a first name - last name or preferred name - last name combination.)

When you click Save, the employee you select is also added to the Team Members grid on the Team tab and assigned the Marketing Coordinator role.

PHONE This field displays the employee's work phone number.
LOCATION This field displays the employee's organization.
EMAIL This field displays the employee's email address.
Save If you selected an employee in NAME, click this button to save that employee as the marketing coordinator for the opportunity.
Delete Marketing Coordinator To remove the current marketing coordinator for the opportunity without selecting another one, click this button
Cancel To close the dialog box without changing the marketing coordinator, click this button.
