Set Up Integration with GovWin IQ

To implement the features that integrate Deltek CRM with GovWin IQ, use the Integrations & Imports area in the Configuration workspace to enter your firm's GovWin IQ account information.

To set up integration with GovWin IQ, complete the following steps:
  1. In the Configuration workspace, click on the left edge of the Deltek CRM page to go to the Integrations & Imports area.
  2. On the Integrations tab, click next to GovWin IQ.
  3. In the tooltip, click Integration Administration.
  4. If the GovWin login page displays, enter your GovWin credentials.
  5. On the Authorization Administration page in GovWin, follow the instructions to generate your client ID and client secret.
  6. Copy the client ID in GovWin and paste it into the CLIENT ID field for GovWin IQ in the Integrations & Imports area in the Configuration workspace.
  7. Copy the client secret in GovWin and paste it into the CLIENT SECRET field for GovWin IQ in the Integrations & Imports area in the Configuration workspace.
  8. Do one of the following:
    • if you want users, when they import opportunities from GovWin IQ, to have the option to create records in Deltek CRM for companies and contacts associated with the opportunities that do not already exist in Deltek CRM, select Allow new records.
    • If you do not want users to have the option to create missing company and contact records during the import process, clear Allow new records.
  9. If you want Deltek CRM to automatically update information for active opportunities that were imported from GovWin IQ when that information changes in GovWin IQ, select Automatically update GovWin IQ Records, and do the following:
    1. In USERNAME and PASSWORD, enter a valid GovWin IQ username (an email address) and password that the update process can use to connect to GovWin IQ.
    2. In NEXT SCHEDULED IMPORT, click and select the time that you want the update process to run each day.
