Specify the Analysis Period

Initially, the Projects at Risk Analytics display data for projects at risk as of your current fiscal period, with trending over the current year and the most recent prior year.

You can use the option bars across the top of the tab to change the analysis period reflected in the charts and tables on the Projects at Risk tab.

If you make selections, Costpoint Analytics changes the horizontal axis of the Risks Trended and Risk Comparisons charts to match those selections. It also changes the "as of" date for the Risks list and the Amount at Risk by Reason, Amount at Risk by Attribute, and Risk Analysis tables to the latest fiscal period that you select.

You can also change the analysis period by selecting one or a range of fiscal periods on the horizontal axis of either of the charts.

If you select an analysis period on the Projects at Risk tab and then go to another tab, Costpoint Analytics automatically selects the same analysis period for those analytics.

Available Fiscal Periods

Your system administrator specifies both the current fiscal period and the number of prior fiscal periods for which data is available. Costpoint Analytics does not display projects at risk data for future periods.
