Set a Custom Metric Library as the Default Library

If you customize the metrics, instead of changing the default library template that affects all users, you may want to save the changes as a custom template for your own use and then specify that Acumen uses this template for all new workbooks that you create.

After you customize the metric library and save it as a new template, you can set it as the default template for all new workbooks.

To set a custom metric library as the default library, complete the following steps:

1. Click > Deltek Acumen Options.
2. Click General.
3. In the Folders, Libraries and Templates group, deselect Use Built-In Metric Library (if it is selected).
4. In the Default Metric Library Location field, select the custom metric library file that you want to use. After you close and reopen Acumen, the new metric library file will be applied to all newly created workbooks.
