Manually Map Fields

Use the Fields tab to map fields from the source projects to corresponding fields in the Acumen workbook.

Note: Before mapping fields, you need to link to an external data source using the S1 // Projects tab.

To manually map fields, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Fields tab, click anywhere in the project/snapshot source data column. The related data fields display on the left of the tab.
  2. Using the Standard, User-Defined, and Code Fields buttons, locate the fields that you want to map.
  3. Click and drag the field to the first open spot in the source column where the Deltek Acumen Fields column cell is also blank. The field is added to the source column and to the Deltek Acumen Fields column. You can customize the field name in the Deltek Acumen Fields column by clicking on it and typing a new name.
  4. Using the check boxes on the right of the tab, specify whether you want to compare/show this field in Forensics.
  5. Click Save to save the change to the workbook.
