Automatically Map Code/User-Defined Fields

Set the option to automatically map code and/or user-defined fields whenever you import a project.

To automatically map code and/or user-defined fields, complete the following steps:

1. Click in the top left corner of the Acumen window.
2. At the bottom of the drop-down menu, click Deltek Acumen Options to display the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box.
3. Click Platforms (General).
4. In the Codes and User Defined Fields sections, use the check boxes to specify whether you want to automatically import code and/or user-defined fields when you import a project.
5. Click OK to close the dialog box. This setting will take affect the next time you import data. It will not affect data that is already imported.
