  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Range Mapping Between Acumen and PPM NextGen

Use this to retrieve the probability and impact range values from PPM NextGen to compare with Acumen.

When you choose Import Risks from PPM NextGen, Acumen maps values between its system and that of PPM NextGen. When it finds that the Acumen Risk Template and PPM NextGen are not in sync, a dialog will display the differences between the two.

PPM NextGen has a range limit of five for impact types and probability. Acumen has a higher range limit, allowing users a maximum of ten for both impact types and probability. If Acumen and PPM NextGen have different ranges, their risk matrix score will likely differ. This can result in different risk impacts on the project

When you choose to move forward with the import process despite the differences in value ranges, you accept the potential differences in risk impacts.
