  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import Risks with Multiple Projects from PPM NextGen

If you select a Risk Register with multiple projects, you will have to select one to associate with a PPM NextGen project.

To import risks with multiple projects from PPM NextGen, complete the following:

  1. Select the S3 // Risk tab.
  2. In the Import / Publish group, click PPM NextGen.
  3. On the Connect PPM NextGen Project dialog, navigate to the Select a Project field.
  4. Select a project from the dropdown menu.
  5. Navigate to the Select a PPM NextGen Project field.
  6. Select a PPM NextGen project.
  7. Click Link.
  8. In the Please Select Risks To Import dialog, select or clear the corresponding checkboxes of the risks you want to import.
  9. Click OK.
    After you have successfully linked a PPM NextGen project to an Acumen project, an "E" icon will display next to the project name in the Risk Register tree.
