Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Export Risks to PPM NextGen

Export a risk register to PPM NextGen after you have linked an Acumen project with a PPM NextGen project.

Note: You will have to connect to PPM NextGen in the Deltek Acumen Options dialog to enable the PPM Risk option.

To export a risk register to PPM NextGen, complete the following:

  1. Select the S3 // Risk tab.
  2. In the Import / Publish group, click PPM NextGen.
  3. Select Export Risks to PPM NextGen.
  4. In the Please Select Risks To Export dialog, select or clear the corresponding checkboxes of the risks you want to export.
  5. Click OK.
    At the end of the export process, an export log dialog will display with a summary of the actions taken.
