  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Deltek Acumen Options (Risk)

Use this page to set risk options.

General

Field Description
Primary default P value to show in charts

Use this option to set the default P value (percentage value) for the Risk Exposure and Risk Drivers charts and the Executive Briefing options.

Although this sets the default value, you can still use the S3 // Risk tab Configuration menu to change, add, or remove the value.

Select Mean or any P value from P0 through P100 (listed in increments of 5) and specify whether you want the value or value contingency to be added to the activities and risk exposure.

Additional P value to show in charts Select (None) if you don't want an additional P value or select any P value from P0 through P100 (listed in increments of 5).

PPM NextGen Authentication

Field Description
Enable PPM NextGen Integration Select this checkbox to enable the four fields and the Test Connection button below.
Authentication Endpoint URL Use this field to enter the authentication server URL. Acumen will authenticate users before accessing PPM NextGen.
Authentication Tool Use this field to determine which browser to use when testing authentication.
  • Acumen Browser: When you select this option, the Acumen login process will open in a Microsoft Edge compatible browser (WebView2). This is the default option.
  • Default Browser: When you select this option, the Acumen login process will open in your system's default browser.
Customer ID Use this field to enter the PPM NextGen customer identifier that Acumen connects to on PPM NextGen.
PPM NextGen Endpoint URL Use this field to enter the base URL for the PPM NextGen API services that Acumen will use to retrieve and manage risk data.
Test Connection Click this button to test your connection.
