Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Connect PPM NextGen Project Dialog

Use this dialog box to link your Acumen project with a PPM project.

Field Description
Select a PPM NextGen Project Select a PPM NextGen project from the compiled list.
Create a PPM NextGen Project Click this option to create a PPM NextGen project to link with your account.
Link Click this option to link your chosen PPM NextGen project to your Acumen project.
Cancel Click this option to cancel.

Connect PPM NextGen Project Dialog (Multiple Projects)

When the Risk Register you chose has multiple projects associated with it, the Connect PPM NextGen Project dialog displays with a dropdown menu.

Field Description
Select a Project Select an Acumen project from the dropdown menu.
Select a PPM NextGen Project Select a PPM NextGen project from the compiled list.
Create Project from Acumen Click this option to create a PPM NextGen project to link with your Acumen project.
Link Click this option to link your chosen PPM NextGen project to your Acumen project.
Cancel Click this option to cancel.

PPM NextGen Project Name Already Exists Dialog

When you click the Create Project from Acumen button, the PPM NextGen Project Name Already Exists dialog will display.

Field Description
Enter a new name Replace the name in the field with your preferred project name.
OK Click this option to create and save the new PPM NextGen project.
Cancel Click this option to cancel.
