Update an SF330 Template to Add it to the VisionDatabase

After you make a new template set, you must add the new templates to the Vision database by using the SF330 Template Editor dialog. This procedure makes the new templates available so that you can use them to merge data to make an SF330 proposal.

To add a template to the Vision database, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Proposals > SF330 Proposals.
  2. On the SF330 Proposals toolbar, click Edit > Template Editor.
  3. On the SF330 Template Editor dialog box, select the template to update.
  4. Click Update.
  5. On the Update dialog box, find and select the modified template and click OK.
