Reopen All Dialog Box for GL Group Budgets

Use this dialog box to enter a comment for all the general ledger budgets that you are reopening.

Location

To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click Accounting > Budgeting > General Ledger Group.
On the General Ledger Budget Group form, use the Search field to open a General Ledger budget group. The general ledger budget group includes individual general ledger budgets that were approved.
On the toolbar of the General Ledger Budget Group form, click Approvals > Reopen All. The Reopen All option does not display unless you are assigned rights to reopen within the approvals workflow configuration.

Field	Description
Comment	Use this field to enter a note for the reopening, such as the reason why you are doing so.
OK	Click this button to save the comment, reopen the item, and return to the entry form.
Cancel	Click this button to return to the entry form without saving the comment or reopening the item.
Help	Click this button to open the help topic for this dialog box.
