Delete a Phase from a Service Profile

You can delete a phase from a service profile.

You cannot delete the phases for system-defined service profiles.

To delete a phase from the Service Profiles grid, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Configuration > General > Fee Estimate Service Profiles.
  2. Click the Service Phases tab.
  3. In the grid, click the row that contains the phase that you want to delete.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Delete. Vision deletes the phase from the grid.
  5. Click Save.
