Delete a Billing Group

You can delete any billing group at any time. If you delete a billing group, you delete the grouping only, or the association of main projects to sub-projects. You do not delete the project records from the Project Info Center. You can also delete sub-projects from a billing group.

Warning: When you click Delete, Vision deletes the entire billing group. After you delete a billing group, you can no longer use it.

To delete a billing group, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Billing > Billing Groups.
2. On the Billing Groups form, select the billing group.
3. Click Delete. Vision displays the following message: Do you want to delete the current record?
4. Click Yes.
