Incomplete Postings Form

Use the Incomplete Posting form to access incomplete or failed postings for purposes of tracking them and resubmitting them.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Advanced Utilities > Incomplete Postings.

Field	Description
Transaction Type	Select a transaction type from the drop-down list. Vision displays all the transaction files for that transaction type.
Show only transactions posted by me	Select this option to limit the number of transactions displayed.
Posting Log	Click this option and then select one of the following actions: Click Print to print a posting log. Click Preview to display a posting log.
Transaction List	Select a file, click this option, and then select one of the following actions: Click Print to print a Transaction List report. Click Print Errors Only to limit the transaction file to only those transactions with errors. Click Preview to display a Transaction List report. Click Preview Errors Only to display only those transactions with errors.
Recreate Unposted	Select a file and click this option to resubmit the file and make it available again in the Transaction Center. You can then edit the unposted transactions in Transaction Entry. In Transaction Posting, you can select the file to continue the posting process from where it failed previously.
Undo Posting/Resubmit All	Select a file and click this option to unpost any completed transactions and make the transaction file available again in the Transaction Center. This option returns the database to the way it was before the transaction files were posted.
