Download the Merge Macro for Proposals

Use the Download Merge Macro utility to download the macro that allows you to work with Proposals merge codes.

Prerequisites: The Vision CRM and Proposals application must be installed.

To download the merge macro, complete the following steps:

1. From the Vision Navigation menu, click Utilities > Download Merge Macro.

   The Download Merge Macro page opens, with the link VisionWordMacro.dot.

2. Click the link.
3. On the File Download dialog box, click Save.
4. On the Save As dialog box, complete the following actions:
   1. Browse to your workstation's Startup folder.
   2. In the Save as type field, select your startup folder.
   3. Click Save.
