Recommend Activities to Your Mentee

You can send a mentee a recommendation to perform a task or participate in an activity that will help the mentee reach his or her goals. The mentee must acknowledge the receipt of your request.

To recommend an activity to your mentee:

1. Click Career Center.
2. Click Career Development.
3. Click Mentoring Relationships.
4. Click next to the mentoring relationship.
5. In the Activity field, enter a name for the activity (for example, Shadow Me on a Service Call).
6. In the Activity Description field, enter a description of the activity.
7. Click Add.

   The new activity displays in the Activity Recommendations section, with the label Awaiting acknowledgement.
