Launch 360 Appraisals

Launch 360 appraisals on the Appraisals tab of the Project Teams screen.

To launch 360 appraisals:

1. Click Career Center > Career Development > Project Teams.

Note: Managers can also access the Project Teams screen from My Employees (My Employees > Project Teams.)

2. Click the link for a particular project team.
3. Click the Appraisals tab.
4. On the 360 grid of the Performance tab, click in the Actions column next to a team member’s name to create a 360 appraisal for a single employee or click the Launch 360 Appraisal for All Members Listed button to create a 360 appraisal for all members on a team.
5. If desired, click the Print icon to print the appraisal.
6. If needed, click the Delete icon to cancel the 360 appraisal for a particular team member.
