Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Edit a Development Plan Item

Modify the information in the fields on the Development Plan Items screen.

The fields available for editing depend on features enabled and who created the plan. For example, employees who can modify their own development plans have access to modify the Completion field only.

To edit a development plan item:

  1. Click Career Center.
  2. Under Career Development, click Development Plans.
  3. Click the link for the Development Plan you want to edit.
  4. Click the Edit icon next to the item you want to edit in the Development Plan Items section.
  5. Modify information in any field that is enabled.

  6. Click Save.
