  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Continuous Feedback Section

The Continuous Feedback section contains administrative functions to allow administrators to manage and launch feedback sessions, individually and in bulk, and to define default session meeting reasons.

The Continuous Feedback feature allows employees and managers to schedule meeting sessions, hold virtual feedback conversations, include additional participants, and provides storage for uploading discussion related documents. From the screens available in the Continuous Feedback section of Performance Administration, administrators can manage and launch feedback sessions, individually and in bulk, and define default session meeting reasons that employees and managers can then select when creating sessions.
