Contents of the Self-Service Administration Screen

The Self-Service Administration screen contains two tabs, the Employee and the Manager tab. Core HR Administrators use these tabs to configure which parts of the Total Talent Profile a manager or employee can edit. Additionally, Core HR administrators can configure the notification or approval path process that accompanies any edits made to a profile.

Field Description
Employee Tab On the Employee tab, Core HR Administrators disable or enable which sections an employee can edit on his or her own Total Talent Profile. The Core HR Administrator can also define what approvals and notifications are required, if changes are made.

Manager Tab On the Manager tab, Core HR Administrators disable or enable which sections of a direct or indirect report's profile that a manager can edit. The Core HR Administrator can also define what approvals and notifications are required, if changes are made by a manager.
