Contents of the Pending Mentor Relationships Screen

Managers can view and manage all mentor relationships for direct reports and search for a mentor.

Mentorship Requests

Column	Description
Mentor	This is the name of the employee who has requested permission to act as a mentor. Click the employee name to see the employee’s Total Talent Profile.
Manager Approved	This is the status of the request, Yes or Pending. Rejected requests are removed from the list.

All Pending Mentor Relationships

This table lists all relationships for all of a manager's direct reports.

Column	Description
Mentee	This is the name of the employee who has requested permission to find a mentor. Click the employee name to see the employee’s Total Talent Profile.
Mentor	This is the name of the employee who has been requested as a mentor. Click the employee name to see the employee’s Total Talent Profile.
Mentee Manager Approved	This status indicates whether the manager has approved the Mentee's request for this relationship. Options are Yes or No.
Mentor Manager Approved	This status indicates whether the manager has approved the Mentor's request for this relationship. Options are Yes or No.
Status	This indicates where the request is in the process. Options are Waiting on mentee's manager, Waiting on mentor's manager, Waiting on mentor.

Actions

The buttons and icons on the Pending Mentor Relationships screen perform the following functions.

Button/Icon	Action	Description
	All Mentor Relationships	Click this button to return to the Mentor Relationships screen to view details about all mentor relationships, current and past.
	Search for Mentors	Click this button to search for employees who have volunteered to be mentors and who have specific skills, competencies, and experiences. This opens the Potential Mentors screen, where you enter search criteria to find a mentor.
	Approve	Click to approve a request.
	Send Reminder	Click this icon in the All Pending Mentor Relationships table to send a reminder that the mentor must take action on this request.
	Reject	Click this icon to reject the mentee and/or mentor request.
