Add a Development Plan Item

To complete a development plan you set an objective for the plan and add individual items, such as a training course, for you or a direct or indirect report to complete.

To add a development plan item:

  1. Click Career Center.
  2. Under Career Development, click Development Plans.
  3. Click the New Plan Item button.
  4. Enter information in the fields on the screen.

  5. Click Save.
