Results Tab of the Report Options Dialog Box

The Results tab allows you to select the results and subtotal of the project to be displayed on the report.

All tabs on the Report Options dialog box share some common options and buttons.

Click the drop-down arrow to display the following options: 

  • Print: Select this option to display the Print Preview form with the grid’s contents displayed.

  • Export to Excel: Select this option to display the Microsoft Excel application with the grid’s contents displayed.

Move to Top

This button resets the record selector or grid pointer to the first record.

Move Up

This button moves the selected result one row up.

Move Down

This button moves the selected result one row down.

Grid Columns

Select

Use this column to indicate which result you wish to appear on the report.

Results

This column displays the Resource Calculation Results value from Cobra for the selected project.

Subtotal

Use this column to specify which result should appear in the subtotal and grand total of the report. You can only select one result.

This option is not available for the Column report.

Left Margin for First Column

Use this field to enter the inches or millimeters for the left margin of the first column of the report.

Period Column Width

Use this field to enter the inches or millimeters for the period column width of the report.
