When you are in Change Details and you click Export, PM Compass may display the following error message: "Please specify a valid report template."
The reason you see this message is because PM Compass cannot access the report template location.
To resolve this:
Make sure that the report templlates are in a location that PM Compass can access on the PM Compass Process Server.
PMC\Admin\System Settings\Files includes several folders that have been shared with the user who runs the PM Compass Process Server. You can create a Cobra Report Template subfolder under any of those folders and it will be accessible by PM Compass.
Copy the Cobra report templates from Deltek » Cobra » ReportTemplates to the folder that you created in Step 1.
In Cobra, navigate to the Application Preferences » Report tab and enter the name of the folder that you created in Step 1 to which PM Compass has access.
Stop and restart the Cobra web services.
Return to Change Details and click Export to export the report.
