Grant Implementer Access

Administrators can grant implementer access to Maconomy by submitting a service request.

Shortly after receiving your Welcome email, the Deltek Country Delivery Manager will contact you with the details of the Deltek Consultant who will be implementing your software. You are now ready to raise your first Service Request and request access to your Solution for the Consultant / Implementer.

These types of access are distributed:

  • Access to Maconomy clients (Workspace Client, iAccess, Touch): It is your responsibility as the SaaS Administrator to setup named-user accounts in your solution for the various implementers.
    • Note: You will receive training on how to assign access from your Deltek Implementer.
  • Flex Add-On: Access to development tools (Basic Extensions, Report Development): This requires a Service Request, as shown below, to request access for named individuals to be set up with access to your development tools.
    • Note: This is only available to customers who have licensed the Flex add-on component of Maconomy Essentials.

The SAAS Administrator will receive instructions on raising the Service Request in the Welcome email sent when the SaaS order process was completed.

To raise the Service Request, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to https://deltek.custhelp.com.
  2. Click Log In.
  3. Click Cloud Solutions and select Maconomy Essentials. The Service Requests are listed in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
  4. Choose the Grant Implementer Administrator Permissions service request.
  5. Enter the requested details.
  6. Click Submit.
