Retrieve a Forgotten User ID

If you forget your user ID for logging in to iAccess, you can retrieve it from the login page.

Prerequisite: This procedure requires that your employee information in GovWin CM includes an email address.

To retrieve a forgotten user ID, complete the following steps:

  1. Display the iAccess login page.
  2. Click Forgot your password or user ID? above the PASSWORD field.
  3. On the Log In Assistance dialog box, select I forgot my user ID.
  4. In EMAIL, enter the email address that is associated with your employee information in GovWin CM.
  5. Click Send.
    • If the email address you entered is associated with one valid user ID, iAccess sends an email message to that address that contains the user ID.
    • If the email address is not associated with a valid user ID or is associated with more than one user ID, an error message displays. Click OK to return to the login page, and contact your system administrator for assistance.
