Phase Task Icon Indicates Contracts with WBS Levels

When you open a contract record in the Contract Info Center, the contract's name displays in the upper left corner of the record, above the Info Center tabs. If WBS levels are defined for the contract, a Phase/Task icon displays next to the contract's name.

Icon/No Icon	Description
Phase/Task icon	This icon indicates that there are multiple levels of work breakdown structure — contract and phase; or contract, phase, and task.
No icon	The absence of an icon indicates that there is only one level of work breakdown structure, which is the contract level.

When you click the Phase/Task icon, the Phase/Task Lookup displays. The lookup lists all the phases and tasks in the contract's WBS. Click a link for a phase or task to view its details. After you open the Phase/Task lookup, you can click at the upper right of the lookup to pin the lookup to the application page so that it remains visible while you have the record open.
