Create a Kona Space for an Existing Contract

From within GovWin Capture Management, you can create a new Kona space and link it to an existing contract.

Prerequisites: GovWin Capture Management must be configured to integrate with Kona Business on the Miscellaneous tab of the General System Settings form, and you must be logged on to Kona on the Misc tab on the User Options dialog box.

To create a Kona space and link it to an existing contract, complete the following steps:

1. Display the contract in the Contract Info Center.
2. Click New, and select Create Kona Space. The Kona space name displays in the Kona Space field on the General tab, and the space displays below that field. Employees listed on the Team tab are automatically invited to join the space.
