Use the Activity List report to review activity start and end times,
locations, subjects, attendees, and more. You can print an Activity List for a single activity, for selected activities, or for all of your activities.
To print the Activity List Report, complete the following steps:

From the
GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click
.

On the Activity Manager form, complete one of the following actions:

Click the activity in the Activities grid to select it. On the toolbar, click
Print, and then click
Print Current.

| To print an Activity List report for all the activities that display in the Activities grid |
On the Activities Filter dialog box, select the activities that you want to print. Then click
Print and click
Print All.

On the Reports tab of the Activity Reporting dialog box, click the
Options field in the
Activity List row of the Reports grid, and click
.

On the Activity List Options dialog box, specify report options, or use the
Options field to select a set of saved options.

Click
Apply.

On the Activity Reporting dialog box, use toolbar options to preview, print, schedule, email, or download the Activity List report.
