When you set up Opportunity Stage Change alerts,
GovWin Capture Management notifies selected employees when a stage change occurs within an opportunity. For example, you can set an alert that notifies employees when an opportunity has been awarded. This alert is triggered by a change in the database.
Prerequisite: If you have not yet done so, you need to set the alert polling interval to a level other than zero for this alert to be activated. Deltek recommends a value of 60.
To set up Opportunity Stage Change alerts, complete the following steps:

From the
GovWin Capture Management Navigation menu, click
.

In the
Folders field on the Alerts Configuration form, select
CRM.

In the
Alert field, select
Opportunity Stage Change.

Select the
Active option to enable the alert throughout
GovWin Capture Management; if no rules exist for this alert, the
Active field is disabled.

Click
Options to select an existing alert rule or to create a new rule.
If a rule was already assigned to this alert,
<options selected> displays in this field.

To remove the option for this alert, delete
<options selected>.

Click
Save.
